  • Excellent quality craftsmanship with Kavanah Construction! Marcus helped me replace the entire side of my house that had serious water damage and rotting exposure due to bad original construction. His prices were spot on and his communication and availability easily fit my schedule.

  • Marcus did a fabulous job creating storage for us in our garage. He also did a few other small projects in our home. One of those projects required a follow up visit which he immediately responded to! He brought a skilled team for the follow up and we are very pleased with the final work.

  • I recently hired Kavanah Construction for wall repairs after upgrading our home's electrical systems. Marcus was professional and transparent and maintained great communication throughout the project. He was respectful of our space and did high-quality work, perfectly matching the existing texture and paint.

    Brian Palmer - Google Review

  • I'm very lucky to have found Marcus and his high level of construction skills. His thoughtful design made our deck not only structurally sound but aesthetically more in line with what we wanted.
